Training And Development

Because Carib Glass is the only bottle manufacturing plant of its size and sophistication in the CARICOM region, all our key production personnel have to be specially trained. The Company also organizes a full range of standard management and supervisory training courses.

A special Training Facility has been established where new workers learn the art of bottle making from trained and experienced local and foreign instructors. In addition, our key technical people are exposed to courses and seminars both locally and abroad as well as visiting other state of the art facilities in Europe and the USA under technology transfers agreement.
