The Management of Carib Glass is totally committed to the objective of manufacturing only products which are fit in all respects for their intended use and fully satisfy customer and user needs in terms of safety, performance, durability and aesthetics.
Quality is every employee’s responsibility and involves every aspect of Carib’s operations. Consequently this policy must be incorporated into the activities of all employees on a daily basis. Management pledges to make available to every employee, as necessary, the training, tools, equipment and facilities needed to achieve these policy objectives.

As an organisation we are committed to the delivery of consistent quality packaging solutions for our customers.
Our Manufacturing systems use modern technology to meet the requirements of our customers. We maintain a Quality Management System with procedures and policies in compliance with ISO 9001 (2000). We undertake continuous improvement and training.
Quality Management in the Organisation
Our Customer Service personnel in Marketing, Quality Assurance and Warehousing are trained to understand customer requirements.
The Operations, Engineering and Quality Control personnel are trained to national and international standards for manufacturing.
The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for ensuring that the quality standards are met in all areas of the process; from procurement of materials and equipment to final delivery of the product.
Quality in Manufacturing
Our bottle designs comply with industry requirements such as BGMC, (British Glass Manufacturer’s Confederation) and GPI (General Packaging Institute). Our equipment and raw materials are sourced from established manufacturers with proven technical expertise.
Our staff is trained to maintain product quality standards through inspection & testing at key stages of the production process.
Our computerised systems allow us to monitor and control the manufacturing process in all key areas.
