Carib Glass’ commitment to delivery of glass containers fit for use on your line goes beyond the supply of unlabelled bottles. During 2007, Carib Glass made a significant investment with the purchase of the Karlville Sleeving Machine. With this additional equipment, we can now offer the added benefit of label application onto a bottle as it is produced. This process is called Online Sleeving. This service is currently being offered to both the Coca Cola and the Angostura Group of Companies.

In the case of Coca Cola, the label covers only the label panel. This type of label is called a partial sleeve or band. In the case of the Lemon Lime and Bitters(LLB) brand from Angostura, a full-bodied sleeve is applied. This gives more room for advertising and message delivery as the entire body of the bottle is covered. Please click the options to view a slide presentation of the above-explained process.

On line sleeving offers the unique marketing opportunity to do special promotions as was done during 2007 for both Angostura’s LLB Brian Lara’s special edition and Coca Cola’s full-bodied sleeve for the World Cup Cricket Tournament.
